I am an actor, voice-over artist and model and my work has involved the portrayal of a wide variety of characters from authority figures and professionals to eccentrics to wives and mothers, across all social backgrounds and including comedic.
Prevented by circumstances from pursuing my first choice of an acting career, I qualified as a Barrister and spent many years performing in front of captive but very demanding audiences of Judges and Juries.

Prevented by circumstances from pursuing my first choice of an acting career, I qualified as a Barrister and spent many years performing in front of captive but very demanding audiences of Judges and Juries. I bring to my acting work, not only the experience of performing under pressure, but also of dealing with all manner of people from the malevolent to the misguided and from the abuser to the abused, of observing, absorbing and understanding human behaviour, often in crisis, and the development of the sense of humour essential for personal survival.
On the personal front, I am a mother of 2 children, grandmother of 3, a wife and a sister and am now co-producing the feature film WEEKEND IN THE COUNTRYSIDE, a romantic comedy written by my daughter Charlotte Munby.
In such spare time as I have, I ride and look after our horses.
My voice is one of my defining features and has been described as “Smokey and very sexy, with a hint of authority…a lived in voice.” It can provide a wide range of styles of delivery including clear and commanding, seductive and persuasive, evil, manic and frightening; and a wide range of accents including RP, Northern, London, West Country, French and many more. Please feel free to listen to my voice samples, watch my video clips, read my references (on the Credits page) and contact me for more specifics.
